兔子回来了--Bunny come back
开车回家隐约看到一堆白呼呼的东西在我家的草坪上,刚开始以为是报纸.可开近以看,不对,是我家的兔子....而且是白肚皮朝上,翻躺在草上. 苗飞奔下车, 跑到兔子跟前. 然后我就听见她大喊:"妈妈,兔子不能动了".我脑子里居然冒出一个词"叶落归根". 我赶快停了车, 正准备打手机让军下楼, 军已经听见苗的喊声, 开了门. 说实话,我心里,虽然我平时不太(其实是根本)没管过它, 最近想卖房子,更是看之不顺眼.它跑走后,我还暗暗挺庆幸. 但我现在真真想快救救它. 太晚了,明天在写吧

The Mist
--- Emily Tian, 3rd Grade
The mist creeps up quietly without any sound
But the wind blows it around and around
The mist still twirled up high in the sky
Without reaching to our eyes
The clouds block the mist from its voyage
Like a door blocking all of the storage
The mist thinks this is no big deal
The mist blocked lions from their meal
The mist travels through the cloud
Again making not any sound
It finally reaches mother moon
And whispers in the language of the loon
But then the sun finally arrives
The mist thinks “what a surprise”
Then the cloud goes down,
down,
down
With a lot of sound
drip, drop
drip, drop
Oh, the Ocean

Looking down into the beautiful blue
Stretching miles and miles of blue green silk
Reaching slowly to google and beyond
Watching every single movement of life
Ever so small planktons
Are moving slowly
Humongous huge whales are active, too
I heard the faint rusty of waves
Deep down to the bottom of the ocean
See life down there is very, very dark
But there still is action and life, too
The ocean is a beautiful home
With dolphins, sea turtles
And lots of fish, too
The magnificent ocean is similar to the land
Both are homes, elegant homes
Oh, the ocean,
Oh, the beautiful ocean
Stretching out, reaching slowly, beautiful home, the ocean
Through the bitter cold winters,
Passing the burning hot summers,
Oh the blue ribbon of home,

马夫的周末--Busy weekend
周六,周日两个钢琴比赛--东跑西颠开着车带着苗参加. 还不错,苗都得了第一. 这孩子真不怎么回事,一到台上超水平发挥.我也听不出来好坏.反正孩子们都很棒, very impressed.加油!
Window 2003 Terminal Licensing Server--Corrupted
Bad luck! It happened to me. After running succefully for one and half year of our Win 2003 terminal licensing service, one day it gave me an error message: "The Terminal Server Licensing service terminated with service-specific error 31 (0x1F). General database error occurred, Can't initialize ESE instance - error -501 JET_errLogFileCorrupt, Log file is corrupt."
Don't be panic, although we really need to spend some time on fixing it.
1. Go to services, and check the terminal server licensing service. If it's still showing 'start' mode, then 'stop' it.
2. Rename 'Lserver' folder as 'Lserverold' under C:\WINDOWS\system32.
3.Create a new folder 'Lserver' under the same directory
4. Try to start terminal licensing service. If you have trouble to start it, go to step 7
5. If it starts, it will automatically generate several files under 'Lserver' folder.
6. Next thing you need to do is contact MS clearinghouse to reactive your CALs. The number is 1888-571-2048.
7. If unfortunately, you couldn't start your terminal licensing services, you have to uninstall terminal licensing server and reinstall it. Go to control panel--add/remove programs---windows component-uncheck terminal server licensing. follow all the steps. After it, reinstall it.

苗的理想总是在变。
一两岁的时候，苗超崇拜警察。警察是她最高理想。有一天，看到小区停着一辆比
萨外卖车，也激动得大喊：警察车！那是候的她还分不清车顶上是警灯还是广告牌。
三岁的时候，告诉我，妈妈，我长大了，要当司机。这样我就可以自己开车去上幼
儿园。不用你们送我了。
苗再大一点儿，又想到一个令人激动的职业--开餐馆。她说，“我要开餐馆，这样
可以挣很多钱。别人来了，只能按MENU点，你们要是来了，可以想吃什么就可以点
什么，中国饭，美国饭，都行。你们还不用花钱”。这把我们老两口激动坏了，虽

这种情绪跟着我有一阵儿了。我不知道跟谁去讲，也不知道怎么把它驱走。上班的时候，做饭的时候，开车的时候，睡觉的时候，它总是跟着我。我无所适从。
我想，我去和任何人complain我的生活，他们都会觉得我莫名其妙：你有一份稳定的工作，那么好的孩子，还不赖的LG，还有什么可抱怨的。可我知道，我真的不是要求太高。好吧，今天这儿就是我的树洞。我不知道我现在为谁生活，我对我的婚姻完全失去希望。我并不是讨厌他，但我绝不迷恋他。我告诉他说，我们只是partner，共同抚养孩子。我们不吵架，当然也没什麽交流。这种状态的婚姻可能并不是我们一家。为什么在美国的中国人都活得这么没有希望？我很想摆脱这种情绪，可又不知该怎么做。我甚至非常羡慕晶晶的果决。当她回答我的询问为什么要离婚时，她讲，如果有别的办法，一个四十多的女人，带俩孩子，会要走到这一步？我羡慕她，也很希望她生活得更精彩，好给我一些hope。

中文输入：我很土，南极星用了好多年。今天刚刚换上Google拼音，还不错，比南极星好用，尤其是中英文切换。如果还有比我还落后的同学，赶快换成Google拼音吧。
安装方法：
1. 去download 和安装Google拼音。你必须是系统administrator。

3. 你就可以用中文拼音啦。
4.很有可能，你怎么也找不着Google拼音toolbar 或 icon。这时候要大喊三声‘笨死我算了。’，要是这招不管用， OK，去control panel---regional language option--- language tab---details---show language bar at desktop。You are there now！
5. 会开MS word吧， 切换成中文，就可以写了。
另外， 谁有快速打中文的窍门，请告诉我。我怎么打中文比蜗牛爬还慢？？？
